Physical training seems to be a major key for me to help calm my mind. But it’s early in the game to make any definitive statements. After two years using Muse I will have a much better idea. 

All I want to do is just keep moving in the general right direction. I’m ok with having struggles and set backs along the way. 

I just completed 15 mins of #MuseMeditation with 10 recoveries and 64 birds. @ChooseMuse
